The pack scaling subbed 10 seated MUs for 5 MUs. This made no sense to me. Wouldn't I be doing 5 MUs if I could--seated MUs should be a straight sub for people that can't do MUs. They're not as hard as a 3:1 PU/dip sub, but too hard for an outright 2:1 sub. Anyway, I think I might fool around with some jumping MUs in my spare time and see if I can handle it. This guy was a beast--just look at my Avg. HR @ 183.
