30 Double-unders
25 L-pull-ups
50 pound dumbbells Squat clean, 20 reps

I really pussed out on this one
3 rounds for time of:
30 DU
25 kipping PUs (I did 15 Knee-tuck/10 strict the first round then said fuck it)
20 x 50# DP cleans (No squats)
Also rode 8+ mi of some good (aka tough) MTB trails.
