Cleans and Snatches are my two worst exercises in regard to form. I took today pretty slow, only working on form.

This was a ridiculously intense exercise. I was really please with my performance as 155# is my 1 rep max for the squat and power clean. You'll notice that our weights are in really strange increments now--that's due to the use of bumper plates denominated in kg. It's nice to be able to just drop the weight instead of lowering it down.
