As Rx'd 11:15

I should have tried to push it harder. My cardio wasn't the problem my shoulders just had a hard time hanging in there for all of the HSPUs. I was really happy having done all 45 deadlifts with 225 since my 1 RM is only 305.

I scaled this one to the porch, which was rounds of 15-12-9 reps.

The handstand push-ups were the limitation. I did these as true HSPUs for the first time (nose about 4" from the ground), although I had AP assisting me by pulling on my ankles (that sounds pretty sexy doesn't it). It's going to be a while before I can do these on my own.

I scaled to the porch as well with 15-12-9 @225#. I did my pushups with my feet about 5 ft above my head. For me the limit in my time was the deadlifts. I will raise the bar another setting next time to increase the difficulty of the push up. I was very happy to finish my last set of deadlifts unbroken.

well that was a fucking disaster.

CFWUx3 11 reps, 14 reps pull-ups and dips 70# assist

21-15-9 reps
185# deadlift
HSPU (self-assisted, close to but not quite vertical)

18:06 + 23:55 + 16:56 = 58:57

made a point to be as vertical as possible. could not do more than 2 HSPU at a time. total deadlift time couldn't have been more than 6-8 minutes max.
