This was 4:50 slower than last time. However, I subbed unanchored sit-ups for knees-to-elbows last time. I'd say that added around 3:00 to my time. All in all, I'm glad I kept it close, but I would have liked to be around 22:00. The soreness from all those snatches did not help.
