| The Twins had their way with me. Those thrusters were insanely difficult after completing the first couplet, and by the time I got to the second round of thrusters I was only doing reps of 3. Subbed knee-up PU's for L pull-ups. Time 27:29 Sorry I let you down Patcrick and Steve | |

| I think this workout is going to be harder than tomorrows hero workout.
2 rounds of each set scaled to pack. It appears as if I did them in the wrong order. It was still extremely tough. My arms were dead by the time I got to the pull-ups.
750m Row 95# Thrusters
20 Steeply inclined push ups, set the bar another notch up to make me more verticle 20 pullups
28:12 (stopped watch for transit from row to downstairs)

| That was much harder than many of the hero workouts. Fuck those twins.
I started off at 95# on the thrusters but switched to 75# after 5 reps. I also did the HSPUs completely vertical using the Smith machine with the bar racked in the highest position for assistance. Subbed knee-tuck pull-ups for L pull-ups. That rowing seriously made the thrusters difficult. AP--I don't know what order you did them in, but you should have done the first couplet twice, then the second couplet twice.

| CFWUx3 11/11/11/7/14 70#assist
750m row 16 HSPU 750m row 10 HSPU 95# thrusters, 20 rep 20 pull-ups 70# assist 95# thrusters, 20 rep 20 pull-ups 70# assist
8:37 + 10:25 + 9:00 + 8:50 = 36:52
vertical shoulder work is very much my weak link right now. incidentally, i need to start reminding myself to bring a sweatshirt or something to keep my squat rack claimed cuz EVERY time we do WOD's like this some doucherocket comes over and tears apart my set-up while i'm at a different station, even though there's 3-5 other racks to fucking use.

| this WOD zapped me, those thrusters had me burning after all the squats yesterday. i also need to practice the HSPUs, they were ugly as hell
I did it as Rxd, except for 95# for the thrusters and strict pull-ups instead of the L's.

750m Row 30 pushups @ probably 30-40 degree decline
20 95# Thrusters 20 Knees up pullups
