Had to do this with Seth at the apartment gym. No pull up machine assister for me so I had to do lat pull downs
scaled this one to pack
5 rnds-
10 Lat pull downs (18 plates, maybe 180#???)
20 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats
However I could not do the 4th round, just plain ran out of gas
3:57+4:04+4:47+6:16=16:07
That is 14 min faster than last time, which I also could not do the 5th round. I will top Barbara one of these days, but for now I am her bitch.
