For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders


Compare to 091108.

24:57 (subbed 35 reps on each rounds, subs as follows: 35 lbs. dumbbell swings, tuck jumps for double-unders)

Avg.HR=171, Calories=422

My time keeps going up, but I keep increasing the difficulty, 4" more on the box, knees-to-elbows, 20# wall ball). The knees-to-elbows always kill me. I probably blew 5 minutes on those. Burpees were the second most difficult.

Probably one of my least favorite workouts. This thing always just kills me.

35 Box jump, 18 inch box
35 Jumping pull-ups
35 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 35 steps
35 Ab-Mat Sit-ups
35 Push press, 45 pounds
35 Back extensions
35 Wall ball shots 20#
35 Burpees
35 Tuck Jumps

29:54, This is 24 seconds slower than last time. I increased the difficulty over last time by using a 20# instead of 14# ball, I also did the ab-mat instead of regular situps. Can't believe I burned 688 calories in 30 min, that's like few slices of pizza.

unfortunately I wrote my time down and now have lost it. (plus some of my changed weights)

but pretty much as Rx'd

42 to 45 minutes
