I usually look at my previous times before I do a WOD and I thik it hurts me sometimes. Today I didn't look ahead of time and I thought I was super slow, but I actually wasted my old time.

I was totally humbled today. I figure that if I'm ever going to get good at ring dips, I need to start doing them. I'm guessing this wasn't the best workout to start going with that philosophy.

I got one round of 15 and one round of 9 in 19:58. HSPUs were forehead to a stack of 3x10# plates.

Nowhere to go from here but up.

I am working on my HSPU, I go completely vertical now keeping my feet on the bar.
What a totally different feeling when you go completely vertical, I can really feel the strain on my traps on shoulders as opposed to my chest and shoulders when using an incline.
