Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
25 Burpees
Body weight back squat, 15 reps

Post rounds completed

Modified pack scaling = 3/4 body weight squat (135#)

3 rounds + 25 burpees

Avg.HR=176, Calories=369

They should call this fucker "The Crippler." Not looking forward to tomorrow's stair climb from the basement garage.

25 burpees & 135# for squats

4 Rds + 25 burpees

This is easily one of the most fatiguing WODs I've done in a while. I warmed up with some squats at 185# and knew there was no way i was going to do this as rx'd. Kept my form realy good. Nice and low below parallel.
