I scaled with Seth on this one. 135 Was a bit more than I could chew. I did however seem to pick up steam after the first set, so I will increase my weight by 10# next time.
135# for first round and 115# for the remaining. Modified GHD with full extension.

135 was very difficult. Keeping it at that weight would have at least double my time, so I "vagged-out". Plus, I have a v-ball game tonight.

135# was a bit much, so i restarted with 115#. i rigged up a GHD using a bench and a weighted bar on a squat rack to hold my feet, the best the vandy gym has to offer

the fact that i beat myers makes me think i fucked up my set counting. i guess i'll find out next time i do this.
