I skipped this one in lieu of an overnight hiking trip. Day 1 -- 6 miles in 2:45. Day 2 -- 8 miles in 4:00. All with approximately 27# in my pack. Slowed on day 2 by the amount of uphill. I lost 3 lbs. just from hiking.

I did a PX-90 workout for this one. I kept telling some body at work who really liked the PX-90 that I would give it a try. A good workout but not really as intense as crossfit.
