Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

Post rounds completed

I didn't read this right until just now : (

I did 12 x 65# power snatch (from ground)
10 x Pull-up instead of push ups. Oops

10 rds with only 2 sec to spare.

Matt, that's a kick-ass time with pull-ups. Nice job.

As RX'd.

10 rounds + 5 snatches

All push-ups unbroken. Rounds 1 & 3 of snatches unbroken. All other snatches two-setted.

Avg. HR=182, Calories=404

Worst hangover remedy ever. I would have pack-scaled, but it was 45#. It's just annoying to have the bar sitting where it's not readily gripped.
