CFT = 245 + 115 + 315 = 675

very disappointing. my squats have been dropping steadily but today was a huge surprise. the lone bright side of this is that if i had a little chalk i could have gotten a personal record with the 335 deadlift. i started losing it after getting it all the way up. just couldn't lock it out.

Squat 205(=PR) - 215(PR by 10#) - 225(fail)
Shoulder Press 125(=PR) - 135(fail) - 130(fail)
Deadlift 305(=PR) - 315(PR by 10#) - 325(fail)

Total = 655

I just can't seem to get past 125# on the press, but I was at least closer today (got it to my forehead).

Dan, I bought a chalk ball at the outdoors store up here for like $4.99. It's just a cheesecloth sack with chalk in it. When you squeeze it, the chalk just kind of comes out onto your hand, without a lot of mess. The one I got was made by Black Diamond, a climbing company. Matt might be able to get you one at his climbing gym, or they might have it at REI or Blue Ridge Mountain Sports. I use it on deadlift and clean days.

Shoulder press 165F-160F-155
Deadlift 275(PR)-295(PR)-315(PR by 50), had not really pushed this before due to my back but I felt good today so I gave it a go.

CFT= 735

CFT = 725 (Last CFT (Jan 24, 2009) 670)

I have skipped a scheduled CFT in between dates.

Shoulder Press - 135
Deadlift - 295

CFT = 685

I wanted to break 700, maybe next go around. I rocked the weigh belt today to ensure i didn't f*** my back up again with the deadlifts, it definitely helped. Weighed in at 174.

Shoulder press-115 (same as a month ago. Couldn't even move 120 over my head)
Deadlift- 305

something in my abdomen felt a little tiny bit weird on the last deadlift and all I could think of was Matt's hernia... Not the pictures he showed me, just the act of getting one.
