Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Post rounds completed

Seth & AP Scaling = sub 75#

8 rounds + thrusters (PR by thrusters)

Avg. HR=179 calories=390

As Rx'd

8 rds + 5 thrusters

Did first two rounds without letting go of bar in under 2.5 min. Finished 5 rounds in under 10 min. All sets of thrusters and HPC were unbroken, but the SDHP killed me every round after the second.

used 60# bar and did SDHP's off the safety bar in the squat rack

9 rounds + thrusters + 4 HPC's

was hoping for a full 10 rounds but still a full round and a half better than last time with the same weight.
