Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Row 250 meters
Sumo deadlift highpull 95 pounds, 21 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps

Post rounds completed

Modified pack scaling (20 minute but w/ 65#)

3 rounds+row+SDHPs+10 pull-ups

Avg. HR = 177 Calories = 384

This one was the sneaky, sneaky. It was way more difficult than I expected. The pull-ups were the limiting factor, mainly due to exhausted grip and forearms.
