Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Post rounds completed

8 rounds (subbed 75#)

This was a much better weight for me. Last time I only got 4 2/3 rounds with 95#.

5 rounds. boooo.

I did 7 but the last 2 were over 20 min.

just realized I did upright rows instead of sumo deadlifts. I think this made it a lot harder. I was doing the thrusters and hang cleans without a break and then could only do 3 or 4 upright rows at a time.

As Rx'd

8 Rds + 5 Thrusters

Did first 2 rds unbroken in under 2 and a half min without letting go of the bar. It was all down hill after that. Lots of hands on knees.

the week off made today less than fun. i'm going to try and double up on WODs tomorrow and thursday to catch up. pale

60# and did SDHP's off the safety bar in the squat rack

8 rounds + 1 thruster
