So close on 50#; I got my mouth over the bar, but couldn't get the chin up there. Pretty proud of myself. This is at least a 20# increase since we were doing book of muscle.
alternated grips, all chest to bar except the unassisted one. got my chin over but couldn't touch my chest. should have marked it as a fail but i was curious to see if i could do pull-ups with dumbbells.
