3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

Post time and number of sets to completion

I did 10 rounds of 3 weighted with 25lbs. and 5 strict, I lost track of set #, but it took about 30 minutes to complete.

I need to practice the Kippings, my form is shit.

CFWUx3 10 reps, no pull-ups, 70# dip assist

10RFT:
3 pull-ups, 30# assist
5 pull-ups, 70# assist
7 pull-ups, 110# assist

rds 1-3 as above, rds 4-6 3 pull-ups were 40# assist, rds 7-10 3 pull-ups were 50# assist
alternated grip each round cycling through overhand, neutral, underhand

22:30 in 38 sets (subbed 3 strict pull-ups [alternating grips], 5 Kipping pull-ups, and 7 chest-to-bar jumping pull-ups)

5 rounds. 3 20# weighted, 12 strict (tried to do kipping but I can't really do them right). +6 more strict, no weight. 30:00. Don't remember how many sets but after the first round (2 sets) it was taking 3-4 sets/rnd.

I did 45# for first two rounds, 30# for the next two rounds, and finished out the workout with 20# for the weighted PUs.

18:50 in 37 sets
