 11-05-2009 Pull-ups

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed

10 minute + 9 reps = 64 total reps

Unfortunately, I did this in AP's complex's gym where I can't go chest to bar (unless I drove my head through the ceiling). All reps were chin over bar, head touching ceiling. However, I can't really kip there, so I guess that makes up for a shorter range of motion.

Last time was 11 minutes + 7 reps, so this was disappointing once I looked at my performance last time.

Weighed in at 190#

16 min even. Total = 136

Last time was 17 min + 8 total = 161 : (
