With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed

11 rounds + 7 reps

Compare to 7 rounds + 7 reps on 2/18/09. Quite an improvement on pull-ups.

i opted for strict instead of kippings

11 rounds + 8

total = 74

added:
3 x 5 bench 205#
3 x 10 DB swings 70#
