I overshot this one by a little bit. Plus, I was probably too slow anyway--I imagine this intended to be a sub-20:00 WOD.
I scaled from 135# bench. That meant 205# deadlift, 135# bench, and 100# squat clean. I finished 10+9+8+7+6+5 = 45 in 28:45. Just didn't have any gas for the last 10 reps. Next time, I would either do this weight again 10+8+6+4+2 or scale from a 75# or 85# squat clean. The squat clean is going to be the weak link here--most likely for all of us. It definitely is for me, considering how weak my squats are in general. I'm still happy with the WOD. It was an awesome workout--my arms are still quivering while I type this.
