Five rounds for time of:
15 foot L-rope climb, 1 ascent
5 Parallette handstand push-ups
45 pound barbell One-legged overhead squat, 10 reps

For the rope climb, begin seated on the ground. For the handstand push-ups, the ears should dip below hand level. For the one-legged squats, alternate legs.

20:52 (subbed 15 towel PUs, 5 HSPUs to stack of 3x10# plates, 10 pistols using wall for balance)

Ridiculous is fucking right. I can't believe the times some people posted. Although, I will say that climbing a rope unassisted for 1 ascent would probably be easier than 15 towel PUs. Definitely the pistols that got me, though. My ass hurt for 3 or 4 days.
