Five rounds for reps of:
1 min Wall ball shots, 20 pound
1 min 15 foot rope climb
Run 400m
Rest
Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.
Post total reps and ascents to comments.

For some reason, I thought this was 3 rounds. Regardless, 3 rounds was tough. Subbed # of reps of towel pull-ups for ascents on the rope.
Rd 1 – 26 WBs, 19 TPUs
Rd 2 – 26 WBs, 17 TPUs
Rd 3 – 21 WBs, 16 TPUs
