275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box

Went for 20:00 w/ 205# on DLs.

9 rounds + 5 DLs

I wanted to go for 25:00, but my form was getting shitty on the DLs. The soreness in my back the day after proved me correct.
