For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

I have to say I totally destroyed my last time. I have made some huge gains since the last time I did this.

Last year I took 42 min, and only did half the pullups and stuff.

This time pack scaled:

1/2 mile
50 pull ups
100 push ups
150 squats
1/2 mile

25:07

Pack-scaled as well.

20:38 (PR by 7:47)

Avg.HR=180, Calories=387

I felt awesome about this, though, once I got started, I was hoping for sub-20:00. I think I've got enough going for me now to try a 3/4 Murph next St. Patty's Day. I'll go full if I think I can get under 45:00.
