2 X 5 deadlift 225#
5 X 10 PUs
3 X 15 decline SUs
bench ladder: 7 X 185#, 5 X 205#, 3 X 225#, 1 X 245#(PR)

Missed my PR by 10#. However, I did my first HSPU forehead touching the floor. I actually got two, but not in a row. I thought it would be another 6 months before I'd get one.
