that was about 8 different types of pathetic.

CFWUx2 10/10/10/10 130# lat pulldowns/10 push-ups

12.5 laps in lane 8 outdoor track (~5670m)

2:43.5, 2:43.9, 2:50.9, 2:52.3, 3:02, 3:09.1, 3:36, 3:04.7, 3:11.8, 3:18.4, 3:12.1, 2:47.5, 1:18.1

37:50.3 and that doesn't count the ~2 minute stop in the middle cuz i had to go to the bathroom. overall very poor showing today. glad tomorrow's a rest day. my arms are killing me.

ran about 2.5-3 miles with the dogs..not a good idea. rufus is the only living thing that runs slower than me and lola pulls like a fucking sled dog. it took about 30 minutes.
