| This fucking sucked. Modified pack scaling = 40 single-unders for double-unders, bar dips for ring dips, 55# dumbell swings, 15# wall-ball shots, 45 towel pull-ups for rope ascents, also screwed up and did hang power cleans instead of hang squat cleans

| Pack scaled as Seth did. I also did pullups with 30# less resistance for the knees to elbows. I realized after the workout that I did not do the proper substitution. Either way it really sucked.

This was a great WOD. Knees to elbows is very tough for me cuz I'm kinda bottom heavy and I need to scale back the towel pull-ups, maybe setting 10 is more appropriate. I wanted to do 45 towel pull-ups but I started them before the 21 minute mark. 5 pull-ups/minute is helping no one, so I called it at 25. I'm coming to the realization that my forearm strength is very limiting. | |
