25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

This fucking sucked. Modified pack scaling = 40 single-unders for double-unders, bar dips for ring dips, 55# dumbell swings, 15# wall-ball shots, 45 towel pull-ups for rope ascents, also screwed up and did hang power cleans instead of hang squat cleans

27:50 (last 7:40 were all towel pull-ups)

Pack scaled as Seth did. I also did pullups with 30# less resistance for the knees to elbows. I realized after the workout that I did not do the proper substitution. Either way it really sucked.

20 Box jumps 20" (20 Double-unders)
50 Bar dips (25 Ring dips)
30 Dumbbell swings 70# (30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood)
30 Wall ball shots, 12# pound ball (20# ball)
45 Bar pull-ups (3 Rope climb ascents)

20 walking lunge steps

15 tuck jumps

15 knees to elbows (most were more like knees to shoulders)
30 25# DB swings
30 sit-ups
20 hang squat cleans, 25# DBs
20 back extensions
30 wall ball shots, 11# (5kg) ball
25 towel pull-ups setting 8

This was a great WOD. Knees to elbows is very tough for me cuz I'm kinda bottom heavy and I need to scale back the towel pull-ups, maybe setting 10 is more appropriate. I wanted to do 45 towel pull-ups but I started them before the 21 minute mark. 5 pull-ups/minute is helping no one, so I called it at 25. I'm coming to the realization that my forearm strength is very limiting.

subbed 22# ball for wall ball
subbed 45 towel pull ups for rope climb ascents

everything else as Rx'd
