apparently i am dyslexic
3 x 10 squats, 12 pull-ups and dips 70# assist
4RFT 20 back extensions 15 GHD sit-ups both done horizontal on a bench w/ feet anchored
2:41 + 4:01 + 5:08 + 6:04 = 17:54

A minute slower than 03/31/09 but I had to do 20 extra back extensions. I had much better range of motion than last time but I did not attempt to touch the ground.

I did it as RXd (30/25), however I only completed the first 45 GHDs on the smith machine and then switched to decline sit-ups for the remaining sets.

5 rounds: 30 GHD's 1/2 mile bike (my lower back was sore)
