So, the only way I can get the weighted ones done is to rotate through grips. I rotate through the grips on all of these but Kipping. I try evenly distribute through military grip, chin-up grip, and neutral grip. I think you're doing fine the way you're going, but if you want to throw some weight in there more reliably, consider doing some of your weighted reps as chin-ups or neutral grip (there's neutral grip on that white apparatus for cable pulls in the back right corner of the gym; I think).
