I just finished my attempt at this workout. I went with the Seth scaling, which was 3 weighted pull-ups at 15 lbs. (after one round at 25 lbs.), 5 strict, and 7 Kipping. I got to 8 rounds before I could no longer do the weighted pull-ups so I stopped there.

I didn't keep track of sets. It was probably around 6 per round, so something like 50. I broke to single weighted pull-ups and sets of 3 on the rest. In addition to failing on single weighted pull-ups, I knew it was time to quit when I couldn't eek out more than two Kippings in a row.
Tomorrow will be brutal.
