I was cruising until tuck jumps, which ended up taking something like 8:00. I had to stop on the run every .10 of a mile (i.e. 3 sets at .10, .10, and .05). I just kind of hit the wall as far as my breathing. I guess that's what makes this a hero.
Great time, Matt. I have a feeling 50 x 115# DLs is harder than 15 x 250#. Makes you wonder how the guys on the main site did this one in 14:40 as RX'd.
AP and I went camping this weekend, but I want to do this 3 heroes in a row rotation. Not looking forward to Turkish get-ups tomorrow.
