This is one of the most challenging workouts I've done in a while. The static handstand holds were ridiculous. I ended up doing two sets of 0:30 holds rather than 1:00 holds (mainly because I couldn't). Those wall walks really made the rest difficult. I'm pretty sure the guy in the video had his toes hooked over the top of the wall pad that he was leaning against--that would make it much easier.
