Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

8.6.11

10 jumping pull ups
20 girl push ups
40 sit up
50 squats

3 full rounds Cadence woke up during round 4 got 5 pull ups and 20 push ups

38:49 (this includes the required 3 min breaks)

first work out since she was born.....so out of shape Sad
