Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round

Compare to 05-26-2009

Barbara Lite (10/20/30/40 reps)

2:22+2:31+2:44+3:01+3:09=13:47 (PR by 2:50)

All sets unbroken except for squats (rounds 1-5) and push-ups (round 5).

Avg. HR = 178

Had to do this with Seth at the apartment gym. No pull up machine assister for me so I had to do lat pull downs

scaled this one to pack

5 rnds-

10 Lat pull downs (18 plates, maybe 180#???)
20 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats

However I could not do the 4th round, just plain ran out of gas

3:57+4:04+4:47+6:16=16:07

That is 14 min faster than last time, which I also could not do the 5th round. I will top Barbara one of these days, but for now I am her bitch.

as prescribed except pullups on setting 5 and girl push ups

4:56+4:25+4:21+4:35+4:27 = 21:64

5RFT w/ 3 min breaks
8 pull-ups setting 6, shoulder to bar
16 push-ups
24 sit-ups, unanchored
32 squats

3:51 + 4:33 + 5:19 + 5:48 + 6:08 = 25:39

target time was 17 minutes. wasn't really close on the scaling. push-ups were bad but sit-ups were awful. by the third and every round after sit-ups went 4-2-2-2-2....
