20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post times to comments.

Compare to 100102.

First of all, Matt you're ridiculous. Also, it was interesting to see that starting out slower may have allowed you to maintain your pace a little better, resulting in a better overall time.

Subbed Barbara Lite 10/20/30/40 reps
2:24-2:37-3:14-3:25-3:13 = 14:53 (PR by 1:21; Avg.HR=170, Calories=259 not including rest periods)

I'm going to Barbara Mid next time, which will be an additional 5 reps per exercise.

Holly shit! Barbara kicked my ass as usual. However I finally finished
all 5 rounds. My times were a bit funny.


3:33-4:38-4:38-5:23-4:21=23:32

Last time I did this it took me 19:04 to go 4 rounds, this time I was
at 18:12 at 4 rounds.
