Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Barbara Lite

10 pull-ups, shoulder to bar 60# assist
20 push-ups
30 unanchored sit-ups
40 squats

5:47 + 6:35 + 6:39 + 7:33 + 7:49 = 34:23 + 12 minutes in breaks

i was happy to finish. last time i tried this i only made three rounds. surprisingly (for me anyway) sit-ups were the rate limiting step in every round. the abs just weren't having it today. fine by me. gives me something to improve on.

Barbara Lite (10/20/30/40)

2:36 + 3:01 + 3:25 + 3:47 + 3:48 = 16:37

Shaved 4:00 even off of my previous time on 3/3/09. Pretty happy with it, but that was harder than the 5k.

4:02 + 5:01 + 6:17 + 7:06 + 9:21 = 31:47

The wheels really fell off on the last round.

PS - We all need to pitch in and buy Pittsy some wrist bands and a Sham-Wow, I think he may have cancer in his sweat glands.
