5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
Post your choice of girls and rounds completed

Cindy--pack scaled (3, 6, 9 reps)
27 rounds for 81 pull-ups, 162 push-ups, and 243 squats
This is 2 rounds better than last time, which was less than a month ago.

For me this ties a PR by rep number. However, I did this with 20# less resistance on the machine compared to my last PR.
