 05-05-2010 DL/Hang cleans/Push press/Squats

Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

35-40-45-50 (fail on squat 1)-50 (fail on squat 3)

Ridiculously hard. I should have known from the video of Rob Orlando on the main site. Next time, I'll start at 30, but I'm going to finish 50 dammit.

As Rx'd

45-55-65(got squirly on the last two push presses)-60-60

The PP were definitely the limiting factor. I know, Seth< I was like "how come he is sweating so much...?' It was a tough work out.

Felt like my ability to hold onto the dumbbell really got me. That and my legs felt like jello.
