 05-06-2010 Squat cleans/Sit-ups

Complete as many rounds in seven minutes as you can of:
95 pound Squat clean, 10 reps
20 Sit-ups

The standard for the sit-up is feet anchored, back of the hands touch the ground above your head on the bottom, and hands touch the anchor at the top. No Abmat.

4 rounds + 3 cleans (subbed 65# on cleans; Avg.HR=183, Calories=141)

Super high-intensity WOD.

3rounds 5 cleans @65#.

A much tougher exercise than I anticipated. I really have trouble with the sit-ups. Maybe I should do some sit-up challenge to get better at knocking them out.
