39:27 as RX'd.

Avg.HR=153, Calories=534

At least 20:00 of that was dedicated to knees-to-elbows (as evidenced by my low Avg. HR). Those things fucking kill me. However, Gold's got a proper GHD apparatus in today and I was the first to use it. It certainly helped out to be able to use more leg in the motion.
