Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

This time, as RX'd with everything done on one floor. Stopped the clock to relocate to box jumps and rower.

Last time, subbed 40 lbs. dumbbell thrusters for wall-ball; stopped clock to ascend stairs to rower)

I have been a slacker lately and have not been posting my times.


I did this exactly like Seth.

237 (PR36) Can't really tell if a 20# wall ball is easier or harder than 40# thruster, however I would say that if it is it does not completely account for my improvement.

wall ball 12# ball 27+27+24 = 78
sumo dead lift 35# 15 + 15 + 12 = 42
box jump 12" 40+42+41 = 123
push press 35# 20 +16+ 16 =52
row calories 13+ 13+12 =38

Total = 333

PR by 42 (and went up in wt for wall ball, sumo dead lift, push press)
