Seth Scaled (95# and 40/30/20/10/5 reps) The scaling post mentioned that if it wasn't so late he would have scaled differently. I agree. I'm not quite up to 150 GHDs yet, so I though 105 reps sounded good. Plus, that last WOD just about killed me.
