Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals

48 + 66 + 95 + 97 = 306 (PR by 1 rep)

Only PR'd by 1 rep, but at least it's an improvement. Last time we had a break to move upstairs after pull-ups. Didn't do that this time.

Girl push-ups

Sit-ups
9/11/11/10/10/8/10/10 = 79

Squats
15/14/14/17/16/16/17/16 = 125

Total = 328

push-ups
20/18/11/8/9/7/7/6 = 86

sit-ups
