13:52 + 16:39 + 14:01 = 44:32 PR by almost 6 minutes from 12/08
i was actually really happy about this time. got 25 consecutive sit-ups to start with is a PR for me also, but after those 25 things really slowed down. would have been faster but the fuckheads at the rec locked the indoor track 30 minutes before closing. i had to wait for this girl to walk about 1/4 track length to let me in for my last run which is probably why the middle round is so slow.
