This was one of the first WODs I ever recorded. Back then I got 23:56 w/ a 25# barbell. I have to think that I must have scaled it in some other way. My legs are definitely cashed from all of the leg work as of late, but I had just quit smoking back then (sort of). There's no way I only improved by 53 seconds. I'm thinking I probably did 15 burpees per round or only 4 rounds or something.
Also, my heart rate monitor has lowered me two classes from 7 to 5. That made this WOD a 4.8/5.0. I think it thinks I'm less of an athlete than I truly am.
