Also, I forgot to do my burpees the previous day for the burpee challenge so I had to make them up. 17+18= 35 byrpees. Today is day 19. Not so bad yet but I think the last month is going to kill me.

Homemade WOD – AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 incline push-ups (feet on picnic table)
10 sit-ups (hands flat on floor; shoulderblades to floor)
15 squats

20 rounds
