Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds
Compare to 07-24-2009

total - 47/59
weighed in at 175#, allotted 2 minutes for each set

Pull-ups 3-2(no assist)-6-7-6(seth holding legs)
When you weigh over 290, the bar bends.
Until cross fit I could not even do one of these bad mamajammas.
