PR by 3:15.

Total fucking beast. I was estimating 17 to 18 minutes. Those back extensions got me. I ran half miles at 9.5, 9.0/8.7, and 8.5 mph and all situps were unbroken.

No doubt. The biggest slower of my time (even moreso than going up and down the stairs to get from one apparatus to another) is the shitiness of treadmills. I wish that I could take the GHD apparatus or barbell or whatever I need out onto a track when we have to run.
